Applies to engagement rings purchased directly from Golden Crown Jewelers with a retail value of $3,000 CAD or greater, with original proof of purchase.

Inspections required every 6 months to keep warranty valid. Non-transferable. Governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Your Questions, Answered
What does the 5-Year Jewelry Warranty include?
The warranty includes unlimited professional cleanings, annual polishing (once per calendar year), ring resizing up to two sizes up or down, replacement of small accent stones excluding the center stone, and prong tightening or security inspections — provided all warranty conditions are met.
What is not covered under the warranty?
The warranty does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, bent settings from impact, re-tipping of prongs, rhodium plating, center stone replacement, or any work performed outside of Golden Crown Jewelers.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Bring your jewelry, proof of purchase, and warranty agreement to our Windsor location at 13013 Tecumseh Road East, Unit 2. All items are inspected before service. Any work not covered will be quoted before proceeding.
Are cleanings really unlimited?
Yes. Professional ultrasonic or steam cleanings are complimentary and unlimited for the full 5-year warranty period.
Does the warranty cover the center diamond?
No. The warranty does not cover loss or replacement of the center stone. It applies only to small accent diamonds or gemstones that become loose or fall out during normal wear.
Is the warranty transferable?
No. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
How long do repairs or maintenance usually take?
Most cleanings, inspections, and minor repairs can be completed same day or within a few business days. More complex repairs or custom work may require additional time, which we'll discuss with you upfront.
